Highly Recommended for Black Salt Ribs. can give a miss to wanton Soup due to alkaline taste. Prawn Crackers are addictive. Super Friendly Staff!

I m a local and I have been to black salt several times. Most of the times the food is great however the fried chicken with the spice salt was dry, the fried kuay teow was burnt the night I visited :(

Very delicious food and lovely service. Highlights were the sweet and tangy Black Salt Ribs (finger-licking good!) as well as the creamy Garlic Butter Prawns. The chefs definitely know what they are doing and you can really taste and smell the 'breath of wok' in every dish. Their satay was very tasty - not too sweet with a nice level of heat. Finished the meal off with a banana fritter which was an absolute treat! Will be coming back to sample the rest of the menu.

We ordered chow Kway Teow without chili paste but unfortunately chili paste was in the dish. We also ordered special fried rice without peas & peas were in the dish. Considering this was the first time we ordered here it was a bit disappointing that attention to details were missed

Stole my deep fried ice cream. $11 paid and never got it. But damn, the sweet and sour sauce is tip top. Wow so damn good. Crispy goodness 😩👌
